Join other twitchers, chat with them and just invite them to take a look at you.
I would recommend you to take a cam, the viewers want to see the streamer, then I would recommend you not to play Fortnite, too many are playing that, and most of them only watch the big streams, the game Fifa 2021, which will be released on October 9th, with Fifa you really have the chance to get spectators very quickly!

Upload clips from your streams to tik tok e.g. Fails or how to get a whole squad etc. On Tik tok, someone always sees the video. That you play Fortnite is an advantage as it is the largest community on tik tok. Link your twitch in the bio and hope that people will come over
