Stream breaks off despite good internet?

For a couple of months I've been streaming on Twitch and bissher everything went well,

Recently, my streams were aborted after about 10min and start again by itself so = stream start -ca. Stream 10min stream-abort alone-reconnect

Are there any which have happened before? If yes, please help me!

Have you ever screwed down your bitrate?

Yes, I have, from 6000 to 3500

Try even less, helped me, had the same problem! You can see how much is transferred in the twitch dashboard
