I connected my Twitch Prime account to the social club account on 1.08.19. I still have not got a free penthouse and no 250k yet. I searched 3 days. As it stands within 48H I get it. I still do not have it.
You had to do that much sooner, did not you? So just before the update came.

If you did not link your Social Club account to your Twitch Prime account before July 19th, you can purchase the Basic Master Penthouse and receive a refund later for the purchase amount.
If you are a Twitch Prime member until July 28, you will receive the Master Penthouse free of charge until the 1st of August - directly for free or via a refund.
Unfortunately, I did it the first time 😭
