Games like Hearts of Iron 4 allowed on YouTube and Twitch?

Hi, I wanted to ask if uploading videos and / or live streaming from World War II games like HOI4 to platforms like YouTube and Twitch is allowed. In the German version, all forbidden symbols and certain people are censored. However, I'm still unsure whether I can now publish videos of this type or live stream on these platforms.

In my opinion, this is not a problem in a video, since it falls under the freedom of art. But there are also problems with video games. However, I have never seen a German Youtuber prosecuted for it.
