Definitely on my dashboard. When it comes to success, I don't look directly into it. It is possible that there's a general delay there until it is registered there. I just remembered that the activation of the VIP badge was delayed for a few hours. So it can be because, among other things, the followers are lagging behind in terms of success.
Can assure you that with me the dashboard is definitely trustworthy in relation to that. The detainees are also registered there. (Whether immediately is difficult to say, but probably already)
If in doubt, try another browser. If exactly the same thing is displayed in the two browsers, it will probably be related to a general delay, as I said, if it is not a bug by Twitch itself.
