Others listen to my Stream Blechend?

I'm streaming back to Twitch since today and I noticed one thing, I'm very good with the mic quality and the sound of the game, but if you hear someone else in my stream it sounds funny… (Blechend, Hall etc…)

!NOTE! Am also in Teamspeak³ if that helps, but other streamer have not synonymous problem.

I also stream with OBS

Check if there's a configuration option for sound effects. For example "room" or "hall" or something.
