OBS webcam does not work?

I would like to stream on Twitch with OBS. My PS4 is connected to the computer, if I start OBS and select my PS everything works, if I then want to switch my webcam on, it doesn't work. I can select the webcam, but I don't get a picture. If I start OBS normally the webcam goes but the PS stays black, if I start OBS with Administrator the PS scene goes off, the webcam stays off, I've already checked everything for updates, it still doesn't work. Has anyone ever had this situation and can help me?
