Webcam flickers while streaming?

I have a victure 1080p webcam to stream on twitch (streamlabs).

As soon as I go live, the webcam flickers every 2-3 seconds.

When I'm in Streamlabs but not live it works perfectly.

I only have the problem on the desktop PC, everything worked on the laptop.

Turn off the light and see if the problem persists
