Important question about TWITCH NIGHTBOT?

My important question is whether the Nightbot can be set to simply greet new people who have come to the stream. Without that they write something. I'm asking for a streamer where I'm a mod.

Yes, that is possible, but it is rude. There are people who just want to watch the stream without being mentioned in the chat. This also applies if streamer looks into the viewer list and just welcomes viewers.
