Nightbot does not sync the roles on the discord?

I'm desperate. Have everything set correctly but my Nightbot, who is mod on my Twitch channel, and has all admin rights on my discord, does not sync my mod, vip, follower roles on the discord… On the side of Nightbot it says the sync every 15 minutes. That's why he does not do anything. = (what am I doing wrong?) Do I have to go live first to do that? Thanks for your help

In my opinion, Nighbot on Discord can only sync mods, subs and regulars. But no followers and vips.
