Twitch follows others?

Somehow Twitch has changed and I can't find the point anymore, as you can see who other people follow. Most of the time, I've always found similar streamers that fit my "sense of humor." Or usually when I was on a stream, came from time to time statements such as look at me and the follow me… But now I find the point no longer with other people to see this. Find only the point which people follow the person himself, but not who the actual person follows.
