So 3 days ago I bought the night club in gta 5 which was on the Vespucci for 1.3 million, but to my bad luck the night club became free yesterday because of Twitch prime (what I have) and my question is whether I can't get my money back or I buy another night club for 1 million and then buy the Vespucci night club again for free, would that work?

You probably don't mean GTA 5, but GTA Online. Contact Rockstar Support. Maybe you can get the play money back. Sometimes they have their moments when they don't fool the players.
Switching the nightclub is always a losing proposition and there's nothing in the free club that you can trade in.
But I bought it for 1.3 mil, and if I buy another one I should trade in the other one and at least get something back, right?
You can trade in, but only if the other one costs something and then you only trade in half anyway, so you always lose.
