GTA 5 Twitch Prime package not for PC?

So today I got the 30-day free Twitch Prime version and got the package from GTA 5. Although I can connect my Twitch and Rock accounts, but in the end you should choose for which platform you want to have the package. I'm funny way only the Playstation and the Xbox versions available although I play GTA lately on the PC…

So there will be this action only for the consoles because I do not get this message on the PC the "Rockstar Games X Twitch Prime Action"
