I would like to stream OBS on Twitch through Streamlabs. I've already set up everything and also tested a few test streams with different settings. Unfortunately, I don't get a smooth result here, I always have jerks in the stream with fast movements, or it is just "laggy". I tried Twitch Studio for a test white, everything works super smoothly without stuttering or anything else. In the game I limited the monitor to 144 Hz (FullHD) and nowhere below 144 Hz in-game. It plays COD, Warzone, GTA etc. In the stream I have set 900p and 60hz. But I had to try 720 and 1080p.

and upload always over 40mb / s
Then I would say use Twitch Studio because obs always lagged as well as xlabs
