In the comments you are welcome to address me with Nico or IPEXA. I want to start streaming / creating YouTube videos. But now I also have a few questions, I hope that you can help me!

But first some information:

Age: 13

Games I want to stream / record: Minecraft

Other: Play Minecraft with Labymod on servers.

My questions:

What do I have to observe legally because of copyright, etc?

What am I not allowed to do?

So can fonts be legally protected by fonts or stream overlays?

Can I legally transfer Minecraft?

Can I even transfer Minecraft with Labymod?

Where better to get / be found viewers / streaming in general:

Twitch or Youtube

And what kind of software am I allowed to use or is one of the two not allowed:

OBS / Streamlabs Obs

And last question:

Stream with Streamlabs Obs or stream with Obs?

I would be happy if links / sources are given.

My plan is actually not to play music in the stream or something.

Do gaming, react what you enjoy, maybe programming, mapping, tutorials or other stuff.

That was my plan too. I'm just about the legal

You will have to pay attention to copyrights.

Se

That is too much to be answered here…

everything that you did NOT create yourself is very likely copyrighted…

it must be exactly under which license you are allowed to use something… Pixabay is basically free… But when you read carefully… Not for everything…

about marketing etc. Are there countless videos etc…

Better start streaming on youtube, it's easier to get your first 100 viewers there, on twitch it takes forever, and with all dear you are 13, at least 40% of all twitch viewers are at least over 25, I don't think it's a 25 year old 13 year old looks, on youtube you have it easier to attract viewers your age!
