Is that possible as a creator?

I'll start with YouTube soon (Motovlogs) and want to go to Twitch later too.

But I wanted to emigrate even when I'm a little older and nothing stops me here (Toronto or Vancouver). Now it makes sense to do MotoVlogs in English too, in order to address a different target group.

Now my question: Is it possible (in the worst case alone) to regularly supply two YouTube channels with videos (at least 3 videos per week) and at the same time to make Twitch streams from time to time (but only for one community), without constant to be under stress and lose interest in it?

Depends on the size of the videos and your available time. Theoretically possible, if you don't have to work otherwise and you don't get interested quickly.
