Apps do not work on my Wi-Fi?

About a week ago we got a new router… It's all okay with it, everything works, only since we got it, some apps do not work for me. (Snapchat can't send snaps, Netflix, Twitch, …). Could someone possibly help me further? I'm desperate… Oh, in other "WLAN'S" or routers work the applications and I'm also the only one in which does not work, in my family, everything runs like clockwork. (I already called support, reset my phone, restarted the phone, restarted the WLAN, downloaded apps again…). It does not work!

What kind of filter, or where?

I only know this from my dad, who for a while had a parental lock inside that most likely forbid "unsafe" apps from opening. This allowed me to play games only via VPN.

Okay, how can you make that out in the settings?
