WIN10 - Apps at startup appear again and again?

Can somebody help me? I have the problem that Win10 at "Start", (where you can drag all the apps like weather, Microsoft and other tiles - image of which I have added) repeatedly displays apps that I have already uninstalled and deleted several times. These are all things that I do not use at all, such as Xbox, many games, etc. I have arranged my tiles there all nicely, sorted everything and picked out and after a reboot everything is gone again and I have there again things that I I do not want and my sorting is completely gone. Did not have the problem before. Only since I recently made a new Windows Update. Can someone possibly tell me why this could be and how I can adjust it correctly?

I mean, these are just Windows essential apps that are re-installed every time they start up when they're missing. The pull now not really much memory, so you could also leave it on

Even if I let them on it and only solve the tiles from the start, I have them back after the restart. Unfortunately, it is a bit annoying and it does not make sense that I have only "garbage" there, which I never use. And went before so too. Unfortunately not know where the error lies.

Just in case you get the idea to uninstall these default Windows apps: Let it stay. That's not a good idea

If the Windows has been installed by the notebook manufacturer (not Microsoft), it looks different, they like to install junk (games, any tools from the manufacturer, useless administration programs, etc.). Personally, therefore, I always install a Windows freshly downloaded from Microsoft over it, manually uninstalling the junk programs does it but is just more time-consuming.
