I have a Youtube gaming channel (mostly livestreams) for about 2.5 weeks and so far have just under 30 subscriptions. I tried to make my channel public on different platforms (mainly for the game Dead by Daylight) (eg in facebook groups), but then I was often banned or banned.
I wanted to ask if you know where I can present my channel without getting into issues and generating subscribers faster? PS: I do not stream on Twitch, because I also want to upload videos and think Youtube is better.
Maybe you have some tips: My channel is "Runner": https://www.youtube.com/...HG6G3-thBg
With the following features you come to as many loyal subscribers: good sound and video quality, good content of the videos, which not only you, but also the audience interested and not just Let's play videos related to games, to which felt anyway already upload half of Youtuber videos on Youtube.
And for 2.5 weeks, 30 subscribers are already huge - actually so huge that it is extremely unbelievable under normal circumstances. In other words, you seem to advertise somewhere that the rind is cracking. The only question is, if you advertise so much, the videos make it worth it, that those viewers who become your subscribers, also your subscribers and your active viewers remain, because only subscriptions you get nothing, but quite by clicking, The best advertisement is a lot of clicks and then of course the number of viewers, but primarily the clicks of the videos are important and you have to look at more than half the length of the videos, so that the click, if I remember correctly, also scored becomes.
Since you already write that you mainly make livestreams, your youtube channel is not for me. I usually have a 10 hour working day plus currently a daily 5 hour drive between work and home and so I will not settle for my relatively short free time, if at all in the sense that I'm free during the livestream time Use Youtube videos, but those that seem interesting to me at best look at the weekend. Although I'm currently still with a Youtube channel subscriber, although now only makes livestreams (which was different), but I will also disable the subscription soon again. The videos of that are good, but what good does it do me if I either work or have to pause to recover for the next business day?
I've been on Youtube for about 11 years, but meanwhile I'm less active, so my work may only upload a video every few months, and I have 74 subscribers. Of course that's not much, but the subscribers have stayed with me. My videos certainly do not suit everyone, especially those I made in my early days. I have not only stayed with a genre (initially only Let's Play videos), but have also participated in other topics. However, I do not want to please anyone as much as possible, to have as many subscribers as possible or as many clicks as possible. I have not monetized my channel anyway and therefore, if Youtube advertise in my videos, I'm not responsible for this advertisement because it will not be played on my behalf. Alone, that makes a lot more friendly than the videos of those Youtuber, which can be felt in a ten-minute video already felt ten commercials - if I find something, then I watch the videos only on the computer, because of the browser on my computer an adblocker is active, which also spares me from advertising. And in that case, the Youtuber would have only a limited amount of it, but I think it deserved because of the greed of the Youtubers, who are doing so much advertising there. And I also think it deserves that some other viewers protest against it and deactivate the subscriptions again, if they ever had subscriptions with such Youtubers / had.
So what you do Youtube, you should think carefully. To live by Youtube activity, ie to use it as work, is rather nonsensical. Especially if you do not have millions of active subscribers, so look at each of your videos as possible, give a positive rating, comment and so on. Besides, if you have not found a hobby of making videos that you want to share with other people by uploading them to Youtube, you can forget about them anyway, because videos you make for reasons of earning money are far away less popular than those created with joy.
The most important thing in everything you do is persistence!
If you do not know the word google it. And watch the movie "The Founder"!
Thanks for your tips
OK thanks
My pleasure.
