Gtav twitch prime deal?

I redeemed the last prime deal in gtav, but haven't used it yet and you can't redeem it anymore since the next deal is already there with the arcade. Now the deal with the hangar and bunker to redeem has expired but has it also expired in the game, where I redeemed?

Wants to get me the hangar and with the deal you get the money back, but would be stupid if I didn't get it because it was also in-game.

When did you buy it after the deal expired? The arcade for free has recently been released.

I bought the bunker before I linked it but I don't have the arcade either
