Today my Twitch - Prime Sub has expired, but have no way to resubben today… My question is whether the badge (So how long / often you already subscibed / has) is lost if I renew my Primesub only in 1-2 days can…

The badge is not lost in 1-2 days. I think you have 5-7 days to subside, but I'm not 100% sure.
