Discord live streaming without effort?

I'd like to know if I can stream over Discord Live without any prerequisites on Discord or the platform I need to stream to?

As far as I know you have to have a partnership with Twitch or Youtube for the live streaming and Facebook probably needs a streaming account which also needs different prerequisites.

Please help me with many thanks in advance and please only productive answer.
