Twitch over Samsung TV Serie7 no sound?

I ask for a buddy, his question / text:

Suddenly the streams only run without sound. The stream runs with sound via a smartphone or PC, all other portals e.g. YouTube run with sound. There's no button for the sound.

Anyone have an idea what to do?

I answer as Samsung once answered: The next series will fix the bug. I never buy Samsung again.

Try a software update.
