You launch an Xbox 360 game on Xbox One → after the emulator's Xbox 360 logo is gone, press the Start and View buttons simultaneously to open the Xbox 360 Quick Menu. With X you come to the login list, which shows you the already downloaded accounts - or you then download a new account down (in this list of available accounts at the bottom).
