Why doesn't the RT button on my usb hub work on my pc?

Hey the RT button on my Xbox360 controller does not work when I connect it to my usb hub (from wish). Without usb hub, it works perfectly.

can it be that the usb hub from wish is just a shot and therefore doesn't work properly? XD

or are there other reasons?

Everything from wish is junk. Why do you order there at all?
