Clear Xbox purchase history?

I often play on xbox and sometimes buy things, but my parents sometimes search it and I bought something from the age of 18. Is there any way to delete that you can't see what you bought?

Change your Microsoft login password so that only YOU know it and your parents will no longer mess around. Just tell them you can't remember your password. And Tadaa, problem solved. That's how I did it on my PSP back then, the flatmates had no chance. 🖕🏻😂 *
