I took the same ea email or account and on the ea side the ps and the Xbox are linked but on the ps5 I have to create a new team.

They are independent of each other.

If you want to play on the PS Ultimate Team, you'll have to start over. The market prices are completely different, that would be unfair if you had the same team.
