FIFA 20 on PC / Does the PC create / transfer to TV?

The question title is funny, but I did not know exactly what else to say.

FIFA 20 is coming up and I'm still unsure whether I'll get it for the PC or XBox One. Played all the games on XBox from FIFA 12, but I noticed that FIFA on the PC in the menu much (!) Run faster than on console. Since I only play the career mode anyway and so a few games against friends, I do not need the online function FUT.

But now the question arises whether my PC even grabs it, as it seems to me? Graphics at least as good as on XBox (is only an XBox One, so no 4K) & games / broadcast on the TV. (is a 55 inch 4K TV, Full HD resolution is enough for me)

Minimum system requirements for FIFA 20

Operating system: Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 - 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core i3-2100 or AMD Phenom II X4 965
Memory: 8 GB of RAM
Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7850
Graphics card memory: 2 GB video RAM
Hard disk: 50 GB of free space

Recommended system requirements for FIFA 20

Operating system: Windows 10 - 64-bit
Processor: Intel i3 6300T or AMD Athlon X4 870K
Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 or AMD Radeon R9 270X
Graphics card memory: not yet specified
Hard disk: 50 GB of free space

My current computer system

Operating system: Windows 10
Processor: AMD FX-8350 8x 4.0GHz
RAM: 8GB RAM (unfortunately only 8GB currently)
Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon RX 480
Graphics card memory: 8GB
Hard disk: Have enough space on my SSD

So will the graphics be good? Better the same - better than on my XBox One?
Will I be able to play the game fluently?
Will I be able to play the game fluently if I do not play on my 27 inch monitors, but on my 55 inch TV? (in Full HD and not 4K)

That would be perfect, because I only play on the PC anyway and so I can sit on the sofa and play on PC via TV. XBox Controller I can also connect to the PC through adapter. So it's not a problem. In addition, FIFA 20 is cheaper on PC than on console. So! I hope you can help me and give me some advice.

So

Do not think. The processor can handle an upgrade, the GPU is still clear. Currently the prices are cheap.

16GB ram 3000s 60 euro

3600s 90 euro

Al

But the processor is better than recommended for FIFA 20?

Da

Could be running out with your processor. Would take a Ryzen 2600, 16Gb RAM and a MSi B450M and then it should also run on the TV with good graphics. Costs about 260 euro. Consider if you value. Download the FIFA 19 Trial demo and see how it works.

So

Ne only on amd side

Al

Oh man… Have the PC as he has just bought for 300 euro and now I can seem more drauflegen than the same price for motherboard, CPU and either 1x 8GB or 2x 8GB DDR4 RAM…
I'm downloading the demo, let's see…

Da

Oh. This is stupid. But check out how FIFA 19 works, maybe it'll work fine too.

Al

Have now tested. No matter what settings I make, InGame everything runs smoothly, but if I shoot a goal, for example, and the cheering animation comes it is absolutely not liquid and the menu is synonymous nothing reasonable.
Have just tested on TV and monitor. So apparently CPU really weak. CPU and GPU utilization are at most 60% for both. Ram is also sufficient, consumes about 5GB.

Da

Yes, if you do not want to spend money, which is fine, then maybe you should play on the Xbox.
