I wanted to ask if I could be banned (Fortnite, Gta 5, rainbow six, ark,) if I buy a mod pack for my controller (just 4 additional buttons) for the back of my controller as there's nothing else like e.g. Xbox Elite Controller 2 is also has 4 paddles on the back.
Is it officially from PlayStation / XBox? If so, you can't be banned. If not, I would stay away from it.
You can't normally be banned because they can't prove whether you are using such a mod pack

No. It is like a PC mouse, there are some with 3 buttons but also some with 12. I think that it is more strict with PS and XBox. But it is also not demonstrable that you are using it. It's your decision whether to use it.
