My best friend and i play dead by daylight together (me on ps4 and she on xbox one).
we always play together as survivors, would it also be possible that she / I is a killer / am with strangers in the lobby?
there's the option "kill your friends" but we would also like to play against each other with strangers.
And one more question: How can you, as a survivor, kill Victor (the twin baby) on the Ps4? Which button do I have to press lol

If you want to play Killer and Survivor at the same time, you have to play Kill Your Friends. The only other possibility would be that you try to snipe, but that can take a long time depending on the queue times.
You kill Victor with the same key that you would use to work on generators.
