Difference Between Xbox Gold and Xbox Game Pass?

I have not inquired about Xbox and saw that there's a Gamepass and Xbox Gold and one more thing I think, what are the differences between them

For example, with Xbox Gold you can play multiplayer games with other games. It's basically a subscription to being able to play in multiplayer.

Xbox Game Pass, on the other hand, is a subscription that gives you access to a wide variety of games. New games are added to the Game Pass on a regular basis. As far as I know, Xbox Gold is included in the Game Pass.
