How can I play multiplayer in forza horizon 4?

I want to play forza horison 4 online, but there's an error with the xbox live account. Online session not possible or network connection or not qualified for the horison karder.

why is that? I would appreciate help

First you have to make it into the Horizon Karder, then the online functions will be activated.
