Forza Horizon 4 Horizon Life not available?

I can't access the online mode on Forza. I always get an error message and I'm really frustrated. No forum or anything else could help me and I've already read everything on Google. Has anyone had the same problem and knows a solution. Thanks.

The following network diagnosis keeps appearing.

I play on Xbox Series X.

NOT ON PC

PS Xbox live gold and internet connection available. NAT type open and teredo filter deactivated.

It may be a general disorder at the moment. I would rule out a ban or something similar:

Very strange because your connection seems to be okay. Times would write to the support.

Yes, I think I'll do it as far as someone here doesn't have a solution for me. Many also seem to have the problem and all complain that the support is not able to help.

With the Playstation there was never anything like changing anything on the router. No wonder so many on P's switch.
