Skipping Spotify song with hotkey (desktop, ingame)?

Is there a way I can skip to the next song with a key combination without having to switch to Spotify or Xbox Gamebar?

I know there are hotkeys, but they only work when you have Spotify open right now, not when you are playing

There are FN keys like on my Corsair K60 Rapidfire you have to press FN + >> then I can always skip, so you may need a new keyboard.

I'm so stupid, my keyboard has exactly these keys and I've even used them before, but never thought of them
