I can't play Modern warfare even though I bought it?

I've only ever played Cod's free Battle Royale mode so far, but now I've also bought the right modern warfare as a CD in the shop for my Xbox.

You have to boot from the CD / DVD, whatever. Respectively. Performing the installation from the air, your XBox account does not know what you have bought offline.

Yes I do. I always insert the disc and still I get to the menu where only zone is available for me

Does deleting MW help and reinstalling via CD?
