I own an xbox one and bought 2 days ago call of duty black ops 4 for it.
Have the game installed all the updates, etc. Made, then wanted to play and since the game crashes in the intro to be exact at the duck swimming ring. It just hangs and I'll be brought back to the start page. Have I then made the Internet and all that I've found there tried out, even this website from Microsoft, so set from back to delete profile and re-register I have everything through. In the meantime, I do not know how to continue and turn to you now.

Since it is the cd version you should first try to make the toothpaste trick you will definitely find on youtube (because you have to floss on the cd and decorate circular) should funtionieren. Then you can disconnect you xbox from the strimkabel, which helps me in my many problebmen. Or reinstall the game.
I know the toothpaste trick, but since it is a brand new CD I do not think that it is s.den CD is newly installed, I have already 2 times and disconnected from the power network synonymous often
