Skip fallout 4 intro?

The second time this intro is running, why can't you skip it i have the game for xbox one

I pressed everything but at the bottom right it says installed 47% maybe that's because when I downloaded the game 20 gb it said you can start the game which I did but I'm always in the intro

Yes, then you can't seem to play it yet. Wait till it's done. When you've pressed all the buttons, it's clear that it can't be skipped, right?
