Can you save music on the ps4 and listen to it while washing up?

Is it possible to rip a CD to the console on the ps4 as with the Xbox 360 and then play the music while playing?

Yes you can, but unfortunately very few games will allow this function. What is definitely almost always possible to do the whole thing with Spotify, just register and use it for free, then you have advertising every now and then.
