How do I remove a Roblox ban?

When I played ❄️Boss❄️Mad City with my boyfriend in Roblox on my Xbox today, I noticed very strong bugs, but I didn't think anything about it because our internet isn't the best either. But when I got out of the helicopter I suddenly had no upper body. Shortly afterwards, I was kicked out of the game. And whenever I try to go into ❄️Boss❄️Mad City again, there's a message with the text: "You were kicked from this game: You are banned for EXPLOITING. Ban is permanent. (Error code 267). Now I wonder if you can fix that somehow because i had good progress in the game.
