Temporary ban from PSN, what to do?

I was deregistered yesterday from the PSN while gaming with my friends and the following message did not appear (Fig. 1).
I received an email from PSN with something like 3 days in it, is this a TEMPORARY ban or a ban forever? Unfortunately I don't understand what I did wrong, but that doesn't matter at first. Thank you for your help!
