Minecraft can't rotate?

I actually wanted to play Minecraft on the Xbox 360 in a relaxed manner and everything worked great, but I can never turn to the side (look around) I can walk forward, etc. I can do everything except turn. (look around) I've already tried that with all the controllers, restarted the Xbox, but it just doesn't work!

I ask for quick & friendly answers.

Maybe something wrong is set in the controls

Have you looked into the settings? Maybe there, or all of your controllers are broken
