Fallout 4 connection fees?

got me fallout 4 (Xbox one) and wanted to start it after the installation until it came. Could someone help me?

But what about the fees?

This means that you have to pay for the data (7.6GB), but you do not have to spend money on a certain amount of MB because everyone has "free" internet these days.

Edit: This is similar to SMS, where you pay money per message.

The fees refer to your internet connection. And not on an X-Box account
