Key redeemed but not received the game?

Tag I bought a key from mmoga for SoT for my pc yesterday and have just redeemed it at xbox, but there's no game in my game collection.

this is the Sea of Thieves Anniversary edition Xbox / windows 10

can someone tell me where that is now

Could it be that you made a mistake with the code?

I don't think I got a mail with the code and I copied it.

and it also said that I would get this game if I redeemed the key…
