Can you turn off the freedom of movement in Minecraft?

I quickly get sick while gambling, I found a setting in fortnite that allows you to turn off motion sharpness, but in Minecraft (Xbox) I can't find such a setting. Can someone help me

Minecraft doesn't have a motion blur

As far as I know, it only exists with mods

So first on the XBox you can't install mods and there's no motion sharpness

Maybe your monitor / TV is just trash.
