Delay on mixer?

Can you somehow set that the delay on mixer is gone again I don't understand it actually there's no delay on mixer inside. I play on Xbox and unfortunately I don't know how to set it.

You will always have a certain basic delay.
The amount is about 2-3 seconds. If it is higher, you have to look in your dashboard whether the manual has been set higher
