I really want to play mw2 again. Now wonder which platform most people play on. Does anyone know more or can you look somewhere?

Think you will only find your luck on PC. There are currently about 700 players still active. The old GEN is getting very heavy. Just tap on more than half. So around 300-400 on both together.
