I'm currently considering saving on either the new xBox Series S or a gaming PC (up to approx. 350 euro).
Since I'm not yet an adult and do not earn my own money, I can't buy such expensive PCs.
What would you take and can you recommend good PCs?

With a budget of 350, I would buy the Xbox. With a budget of 900 more like a gaming PC…
You can't build / buy a gaming PC for 350 euro. In the best-case scenario, the processor and graphics card alone cost that much (usually more). If you can't afford it, the xbox would be better. You can still expand with keyboard and mouse.
Difficult, because with so little budget you can get such an upgrade PC if you assemble it yourself.
For me it would mainly play a role whether I still need the PC for other things and whether building it myself is in question, since otherwise you wouldn't get anything good before.
Well, in the best case scenario you would be with the Ryzen 3 3100 and an RX 570/580 / GTX 1650 Super at around 250 euro, not 350 euro, which makes a big difference in the price range.
If you build it yourself and use used parts you might be able to assemble a good PC (there are good offers on eBay classifieds in my opinion)
So personally I wouldn't build a PC for 350 euro. You go to so much trouble and have to pay attention to so much. And then the box can hardly do anything.
In the price range, I find consoles more useful. Everything will be fine there, you don't have to worry about anything and it's good.
I would not recommend used parts on eBay. You are constantly being fooled and the people are incredibly exhausting. It's not worth it for such a device.
