My drive of my original XBOX hangs, so the drive belt of the drive has to be changed. Unfortunately, I only find straps for the 360 on the Internet, which are smaller. Wouldn't like to use a belt that is too small not to damage the mechanics over time. So look for alternatives. But what is the right size of the drive belt anyway. You can find everything on the internet. Some say 25mm diameter others 35mm what is right now?
I would ask the question again in an xbox modded group on Facebook. They can help you better and, if necessary, get the right part for you.
I removed the belt from an XBOX from revision 1.6a (Samsung Drive). The belt had a diameter of 24.8 mm and a length of 7.8 cm. I have now ordered a 22.5 mm belt and will install it. It is therefore approx. 10% smaller than the originally worn one and should therefore not damage the rollers in the drive.
