Xbox one x how do i download 4k updates?

I recently got the Xbox one X.

Now my question is: how do I activate the 4k updates for games? Or is that automatically included when you download the "Xbox one X enhanced" games?

The tutorials I found tell everyone to go to System Settings> Backup & Transfer> and there should be a box where you have to tick the box to download the 4K updates.

(One of the two options should actually be one)

The videos are mostly from 2017 with the old dashboard.

4k is activated in the TV settings.

You don't have to download any updates. Setting to 4K is enough.
