I bought Cyberpunk 2077, but was disappointed with the game and wanted to refund my money. So yesterday, December 21st, 2020, I got a message from Xbox live here it is:
You were recently denied a refund for Cyberpunk 2077. Since then, we've expanded our policies to offer refunds for this game. If you still want a refund please reply to the refund decision email we sent you and we will approve it, or visit support.xbox.com/contact-us for a call or chat to request.
I should now get a refund decision but this email has not yet been received.
Do you also have such problems or what are possible solutions that have helped you to victory, I thank you in advance for all the answers.
